The talks that all parties in the conflict took part in was on the part of Russia and Assad agreeing to a cease fire was a ruse to give them time to deal with the rebels they had no intention adhering to a cease fire now or ever, to them they are to close to victory to stop as they see it. The refuges will flee to the boarders of neighbouring countries and those will be forced to allow them entry or they will be trapped on the boarders then it will be a question of what will Assad do with them if they stay inside the Syrian border? Yea indeed thou hast witnessed what he is doing with other towns and cities in Syria and it will not take a great amount of imagination what will happen to those remaining within Syria on its borders.
In as far as aid will be concerned, he classes all those within those besieged towns and cities as rebels, so do you think he will allow aid in?
But one question in as far as what I have afore said in as far as police witnessing a murder, will they not seek to stop the murderer and if they did not and just allowed it to happen which they would not do would they be classed in a court of law as accessories during and after the fact?
