When oil has been extracted from a well in the seas oil fields and replaced with liquid of less density as the oil extracted even if properly sealed can the liquid replacement not seep through the rock into the ocean due to the undersea pressure and the weight of the sea floor above the oil well causing the oil well to collapse causing a man made undersea earthquake resulting in a tidal wave or as thou doth say it a tsunami endangering island and coastal populations? Yes it can! For the density of oil has stopped it seeping though the rock under the sea floor until mankind bore into it to extract the oil.
