Thus say I unto thee as concerning the prosperity or economic poverty of Britain in as far as investment is concerned and the lack of it in Britain at the moment. British companies firms and prospective home owners should take a leaf out of the books of China and France for a start and their investment drive towards this country and other countries their objective is not mainly for the advantage of this Nation and other Nations, their objective is for the advantage of their own Nations. For the more they invest the greater profit they reap from their investment which leads to the firms from those countries that invest to expand and have greater profit margins and bank balances which also contributes to the growth of their economies.
So then the lack of investment in Britain obviously leads to a decline in profit and profit margins which leads to shrinking bank balances which also affects the country’s economy and the jobs market thus leading in the end to a recession. But note China and Frances investment and why they became upset at the UK's government decision on Hinckley Point which is that the amount of money set aside to be invested in Britain is static money and static money produces no profit now and in the future. So as said this country needs to take a leaf out of their books and promote investment not only in Britain but abroad which will produce if wisely invested a prosperous and healthy economy.
But in as far as the investment in prospective home owners buying a new house is an investment for the future so long as the deposit for a new home is at a reasonable level and there are sufficient new homes being built to meet the demand which creates profit for the companies building the houses profit for estate agents and jobs for the people who when they wish to start a family will preferably want to buy a new home. No investment in building more houses leads to a loss of profit and less jobs for all involved which in turn affects the economy.
