To thee at this time that the war in Yemen and the backing of the recognised Yemeni government is not about supporting that government and defeating the rebels but about oil and the oil wells of the supporting country starting to run dry which is the reason for its application to O.P.E.C. to reduce oil production to continue its oil output it needed and needs to open up fresh oil fields as it overall revenue would be drastically reduced and as it is finding it harder and harder to find oil in its own country was looking to make a deal with the then Yemeni Government which was progressing until the rebellion against the government because of corruption in as far as the deals it was trying to make with other countries over investment to develop its oil fields which would have increased is overall revenue from the increased oil production which would have benefited the pockets of the Government but not whole country meeting the needs of the poverty stricken population. The main country interested was on its Northern borders and was looking for not just investing in its oil fields but overall control of which an opportunity presented itself when the rebellion was gaining success and the President had to flee to that Northern Nation and made a deal with them that if they reinstated him and recognised him and his government as the legitimate rulers of Yemen then a deal could be struck whereby in exchange for their support and military backing control of Yemen’s oil fields could be arranged which would mean also that in effect that government would be a puppet government. Though because of the oil and the terrorist groups looking for funds they too are interested in Yemen so the conflict there is becoming three way and unless there is a way for the western Nations even the UN to intervene a catastrophic scenario is on the horizon. But the oil underground is not limitless and at the rate it is being extracted and used soon very soon as thou art seeing in wells running dry will run out.
